Paths To Stability is dedicated to transforming lives by providing essential support and resources to the unhoused community in Loveland, Colorado. Our mission is to build a network of care and empowerment, partnering with local non-profits to ensure every individual has access to the tools they need for a stable future. Through compassion and collaboration, we strive to create lasting change and a sense of belonging for all.

Community Opportunity
Across Northern Colorado, more and more individuals and families are struggling to
maintain stability. Housing costs continue to rise. Workforce shortages impact local
businesses. Behavioral health needs continue to grow. Families face increasing financial
pressures. Young adults struggle to build futures in the communities where they grew up.
At the same time, our region is filled with caring organizations, dedicated volunteers,
innovative businesses, and community leaders working to make a difference.
We believe the opportunity before us is not simply to respond to challenges.
It is to build a stronger, more connected community where people have access to the
support, opportunity, and resources they need to succeed.

What we are building today
Building the Foundation
Our immediate goal is to launch transitional supportive housing and stabilization services
in Loveland.
This first phase will create a safe place where individuals and families can regain stability
while connecting to the resources, services, and opportunities needed to move forward.
We are currently working to:
Secure a facility
Build strategic partnerships
Recruit volunteers
Develop sustainable funding
Launch stabilization services
Create integrated support systems
But this is only the beginning.
The work we are doing today is laying the foundation for a broader vision that strengthens both individual lives and the community as a whole.

Housing Stability
Transitional supportive housing, supportive community living, affordable housing
opportunities, workforce housing, and pathways toward long-term independence.
Health & Well-Being
Access to behavioral health support, healthcare partnerships, recovery resources, and
community-based services.
Economic Opportunity
Employment support, workforce development, entrepreneurship training, social
enterprises, makerspace programs, and financial empowerment.
Community Connection
A place where neighbors, nonprofits, businesses, educators, faith communities, volunteers, and public agencies work together toward shared solutions.
